About EMA
East Midlands airport has one terminal which over 5 million passengers pass through annually. It connects Leicester, Nottingham and Derby to many short and long haul destinations. The East Midlands terminal was opened originally with the airport in the 1970s but has been continually developed over the years including a £3 million extension opened by Princess Anne in 1985.
